In-stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days from confirmed order date. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 4pm (EST), on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. All orders are processed pending availability and credit verification.

Orders for overnight shipping must be placed before 1pm (EST) Monday to Thursday (excluding Canadian holidays).  We do not ship orders on weekends or Canadian holidays.

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show updates.

You can quickly and easily track the progress of your shipped order via the Canada Post or UPS. Find the tracking number and currier company contained in the shipping confirmation email that we sent you. Visit or, select the option to track your package and enter the shipping number that was provided.

Orders shipped within Canada are subject to applicable sales tax:

• Saskatchewan is subject to 5% PST and 5% GST
• British Columbia is subject to 7% PST and 5% GST
• Manitoba is subject to 8% PST and 5% GST
• Quebec is subject to 9.975% QST and 5% GST
• Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador, and New Brunswick are subject to 13% HST
• Nova Scotia is subject to 15% HST
• Any other Canadian provinces or territories are subject to 5% GST

USA and International customers are not subject to Canadian sales tax, but are responsible for tax and customs policies within their own country. Cobalt Swim does not take responsibility for any duty fees, brokerage fees, shipping delays, or failure to receive shipment due to customs.



Should your order be lost or delayed during shipment at the fault of Canada Post or UPS, we will contact them on your behalf to file a claim and help them to locate your package. However, the customer assumes ultimate responsibility for any loss, or damage of items after they leave our warehouse – no refunds will be issued in this case.  

Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by recipient.Cobalt Swim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss or damage of these items.

• Delivery times are estimates only. Weekends and Canadian Holidays are not considered business days.
• Customers are responsible for providing a valid, correct, and safe address for shipment.
• Packages that are refused at destination will be incur all shipping costs for the return shipment which will be deducted from any refunds given for the returned item.
• Parcels are generally shipped within 24 - 48 business hours. If a product has been processed and you wish to cancel prior to the shipment being sent, you will incur an automatic $25 processing and restocking fee.
• The shipping and tax information provided here is meant to serve as a general guideline. Unforeseen charges in shipping provider and delivery times may occur.

Returns and exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Please check the Terms & Conditions below to determine eligibility.   

Full priced items are eligible for a full refund. 

Items not considered to be full-priced include the following: (1) on-sale items, (2) items purchased using a discount or promotional code, (3) items purchased using store credit, (4) price matched items. These items are final sale and will not be eligible to return or exchange. 

Accessories and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

• Returns must be postmarked within 7 days from when the order is received.
• Returned items must be in their original state, deemed to be unworn, free of scent and stains, with hygienic liner intact, and all tags attached to be accepted.
• Due to health regulations, items returned that have been worn, have makeup marks, removed hygienic liners, removed tags, or in otherwise unsalable condition will not be accepted and returned at the customer’s expense.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
• If you are eligible for a return: once your return is received, inspected, and approved you will either be refunded to your original method of payment or store credit will be issued (less cost of shipping).
• Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return items are deemed defective.

Defective Items

At Cobalt Swim, our customers experience and satisfaction is priority. We look over every piece before shipping to you, however if something is missed and deemed defective, please contract us immediately.

To ensure your refund or exchange is properly processed, please ensure you speak to us before shipping. 

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process below for a full refund or store credit and then make a new purchase for the desired item(s).

Please follow these steps if you would like to make a return or exchange:

• You must fill out a return request here 
• Once we receive your request, we will reply with a Return Authorization number (RA#) along with the return address.
• No package will be processed without an RA#.

• Make sure item(s) are securely packaged.
• We do not offer return shipping labels at this time.
• We suggest purchasing tracking and insurance as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
• We do not accept COD packages. Please make sure your return is pre-paid if applicable. 

Any items sent back without authorization will not be accepted and sent back at owner's expense. If the item is not accepted back by the post office, the item will be held until payment for reshipment is received. 

Returns sent from outside of Canada must be processed as Canadian goods returning to Canada. An error to do so may result in a COD. If this occurs, the amount of the COD will deducted from your refund.

• Returns made within 7 days of receiving your merchandise will be inspected for approval.
• Refunds will be processed within 1 to 5 business days after we receive your return.
• Once your refund has been processed by our team, you will receive a confirmation email, and you will be refunded to your original method of payment. Please note that this may take additional time based on your individual financial institution.
• Original shipping charges and associated fees are non-refundable.


• We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen while in transit.
• You are responsible for the cost of returning your items. This cost is non-refundable.
• We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
• We strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your refund.
• We cannot accept COD packages.
