I FELL IN LOVE WITH SOMETHING THAT IS OUT OF STOCK! WHAT CAN I DO?
Items can sell out quickly since we currently stock few sizes of each style. However, we may get it back in or something very similar. If they item you are looking for is out of stock, an email field will pop open under the sold out item. Please sign up here and you will be notified if an item is restocked! Simple as 1, 2, 3!
HOW DOES SIZING WORK?
Our sizing fluctuates slightly between brands. The majority of our brands are US, however we do carry some Australian brands who size in AU.

WHERE IS COBALT LOCATED?
We are an online boutique based out of Toronto, Canada.
I WAS CHARGED IN CAD BUT AM SHOPPING FOR THE USA - WHAT GIVES?
Since we are based out of Canada all invoices will be in CAD, even if you are shopping in USD. Our platform is working to provide multi currency checkout options, however for the time being we are only able to work in CAD. We apologize for the inconvenience!
WHERE DOES COBALT SHIP TO? WHAT ARE SHIPPING RATES?
Cobalt currently only ships within Canada and to the United States.
Shipping within CANADA is FREE for orders over $150 (before tax), any orders under will be charged a flat rate of $15 for shipping.
Shipping to the USA is FREE for orders over $350 (before tax), any orders under will be charged a flat rate of $25 for shipping.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
In-stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days from confirmed order date. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 4pm (EST), weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

I JUST PLACED MY ORDER, CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM TO IT?
Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the additional item, and contact us right away to adjust shipping.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us as soon as possible to inquire, and we will do our best to assist you.
If a product has been processed and you wish to cancel prior to the shipment being sent, you will incur an automatic $25 processing and restocking fee.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may return your purchase within 10 days of receiving it. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, free of scent and stains, hygienic liner intact, and all tags attached to be accepted for an exchange or refund. Any returned items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected. Any rejected items will be shipped back to you at your expense. Please be sure when returning an item, they are in their original condition.
All sale, beauty products, and accessories are final sale and are not qualified for any exchanges or refund. Some sale events will allow for exchanges, however no refund. This only applies when stated throughout the promotional event - does not apply to beauty products or accessories.
A Return Authorization number (RA#) is needed prior to shipping your item. Please contact us to receive your RA#.

IS IT SAFE TO PURCHASE FROM YOUR STORE?
WHAT IS A PRE-SALE?
Occasionally we will have items available for pre-sale to give you the opportunity to secure an item before it arrives. When ordering pre-sale items, the full amount of your items, including postage will be deducted from your account/card at the time of purchase. No further charges will be applied once the item has arrived and been shipped. It generally takes between 3-4 weeks for a pre-order to arrive, although these dates are mostly accurate, they can sometimes be subject to delays.
